During the lockdown, the solidarity fund scheme will be reactivated and reinforced.Administratively closed companiesAdministratively closed companies with less than 50 employees will be able to receive monthly compensation for their loss of turnover of up to €10,000.

For the month of December, administratively closed companies will be able to access the Solidarity Fund regardless of their size: assistance of up to €10,000 or compensation of 20% of 2019 turnover.

Businesses in the tourism, events, culture, sports and related sectors that remain open but are permanently affected by the crisisBusinesses with fewer than 50 employees that do not close but suffer a loss of turnover of at least 50% will receive monthly compensation from the solidarity fund of up to €10,000.

For the month of December, companies in these sectors will have access to the solidarity fund without size criteria as long as they lose at least 50% of their turnover: aid of up to €10,000 or compensation of 15% of their 2019 turnover (up to 20% if the loss of turnover reaches 70%).

For all other companies with less than 50 employees that can remain open but suffer a loss of more than 50% of their turnover, aid from the solidarity fund of up to €1,500 per month will be reinstated in November and December.

All companies eligible for the solidarity fund will be able to receive their compensation for the month of November by declaring themselves on the impots.gouv.fr website, from 4 December.

Businesses in the 54 departments that had a curfew in October can fill in their form on the impots.gouv.fr website from 20 November.

They will receive the aid in the following days.
